1. DURATION
- The Competition starts at 06h00 on Monday, 30 June 2025, and ends at 12h00 on Friday, 4th July 2025 (“Competition Period”).
2. REQUIREMENTS
- To qualify as an entrant into this Competition, you must meet all the following requirements:
- Be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
- Be a South African citizen who holds a valid South African identity document.
- Permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa.
3. HOW TO ENTER
- Listen to the radio broadcast on LESEDI FM & SMILE FM each day for the duration of the campaign (refer to clause 1) and use the WhatsApp number provided to enter, as detailed below:
- LESEDI FM – 062 391 4664
- SMILE FM – 062 391 4664
- To enter, send a WhatsApp message with your name to 062 391 4664, and you could be called back to play on-air!
- Each day, participants will choose between:
- An upfront guaranteed amount of cash, OR
- A mystery amount in the box.
4. COMPETITION RULES
- Once you meet the requirements in clauses 2 and 3, you will automatically be entered into the Competition.
- If you have won any Competitions on LESEDI FM & SMILE FM within the last 90 calendar days, you may not participate.
- If you are a finalist, you must be available for the competition moment.
- If the call is not completed due to technical difficulty or is rejected, another entrant will be selected.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- No person may enter the same or any other competition hosted partly or wholly by Lesedi FM & Smile FM within 60 days of winning a competition on these stations.
- If the winner is cut off while on air, the presenter will attempt three times to reconnect with them.
5. PRIZES
- Each day, the DJ will inform the entrant of the upfront cash amount before giving them the option to take a chance on a mystery amount in the box.
- The station finalists (winners) will be notified by a representative of MediaHeads 360 via telephone within 20 (twenty) business days after being selected to confirm the delivery of their cash prize.
- If a voucher is awarded as part of the prize, it cannot be exchanged for cash and is only valid for purchases as specified by Futurelife.
6. GENERAL TERMS
- People who submit excessive entries or misuse the competition line will be disqualified.
- MediaHeads 360 is the promoter of the Competition. Any reference to we/us/our includes our directors, members, partners, sponsors, agents, or consultants, where applicable.
- You cannot participate if:
- You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent, or consultant of ours.
- You are an immediate family member of any of the persons listed above.
- You are the sponsor of the Competition.
- These Terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
- By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms.
- All prize winners must comply with Futurelife’s terms and conditions, if applicable.
- We must process your personal information to validate your entry and deliver your prize. By entering, you consent to this. If you do not consent, do not enter the competition.
- We may declare the prize forfeited and select a new winner if:
- The entry is invalid.
- The winner has breached these Terms.
- The winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within 7 days.
- The winner gives up the prize.
- If there is any dispute, our decision is final and binding.
- If the winner consents, we may publish their name/photo in advertising materials for 12 months.
- The prize cannot be exchanged but may be substituted for another prize of similar commercial value.
- We are not responsible if your entry is not submitted successfully or if the winner does not receive their prize due to technological failures.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participating in the Competition.
- If required by the Minister for Trade and Industry, the National Consumer Commission, or for any other reason, we may end the Competition immediately without notice. If this happens, you waive any rights and will have no claim against us.
7. Ts & Cs, AND PRIVACY NOTICE
- Entrants must confirm that they have read the Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of their personal data as outlined in our consumer privacy notice. By entering the competition, entrants must acknowledge:

- Entrants who do not accept the Ts and Cs will not be allowed to enter the competition.
