DEBONAIRS PIZZA (“DEBONAIRS/WE/US/OUR”)

WELCOME TO THE DEBONAIRS PIZZA COMPETITION (“COMPETITION”) TERMS AND CONDITIONS (TERMS)

Please read the Terms carefully and pay special attention to the clauses that are in bold, as they may limit our liability (responsibility) or involve some risk to you.

DURATION

The Campaign starts at 06h00 on Friday, 20 October 2026 and ends at 18h00 on Friday, 18 December 2026 (Competition Period). 

REQUIREMENTS

To qualify as an entrant into this campaign’s Competition you must meet all the following requirements: 

  1. be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older; 
  2. be a South African citizen who holds a valid South African identity document; and permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa.

HOW TO ENTER

Listen to any of the following radio stations every day for the duration of the campaign (clause 1 campaign duration) and add this WhatsApp number [27872405777] to your phone to enter the competition

  1. Ukhozi FM 
  2. Umhlobo wenene fm
  3. Lesedi FM 
  4. Motsweding FM 
  5. Thobela FM

To stand a chance to win R5000 cash, thanks to Debonairs Pizza – Small Triple Decker Competition. you must send keyword #VAVAVA to the whatsapp number provided above and you could be called live on your selected station. 

  1. Entry to Win: participants must record 30second voice notes and send it to the WhatsApp number provided above and follow the prompt
  2. Participants may be called live on-air on their selected radio station.
  3. On-Air Competition: During the live on-air competition, the presenter will play 1 qualifying voice notes before selecting the winner.
  4. participant: the winner will be called live on-air to win R5000 (five thousand rand)

  2. The presenter will award the winner with R5000
  3. WhatsApp rates are in accordance with the entrant’s service provider. 
  4. All entrants will receive an entry into the Competition and such entries will be managed by MediaHeads 360 (Agency).
  5. There are no forms to fill in and once you meet the requirements set out in clauses above, you will automatically be entered into the Competition.
  6. You may enter this Competition as many times as you want, however you will not be eligible to win more than one Prize. 

PRIZES FULFILMENT

  1. Each Radio Station will select a finalist (winner) during each week of the Competition Period (Station Finalist). 
  2. Each Station (winner) will win a PRIZE AS stipulated above
  3. Each winner will receive their prize money within 21(twenty-one) business day after selected as a winner and the following applies: 

IF YOU ARE ANNOUNCED ON THE RADIO AS THE WINNER, THE FOLLOWING WILL APPLY

  1. You will receive a digit voucher code via SMS on your registered cell phone number that you used to enter the competition
  2. You will receive a second SMS notification prompting you to dial *120*906# to retrieve your PIN 
  3. To withdraw your prize money, you must visit your nearest Standard Bank ATM and enter your voucher and the pin to withdraw your money. 

Winner responsibility

  1. It is the winner’s responsibility to check their phone that they used to enter the competition and make sure that they received the (Prize) with in the 21(twenty-one) business days as stipulated in clauses above and if they have not received the prize within the 21(twenty-one) business days period or sooner they MUST contact Mediaheads 360 (Agency) to follow up on the status of their (Prize).
  2. It is the winner’s responsibility to make sure that they check their phone to make sure they received the correct prize accordingly to clause 3 above. 

GENERAL

  1. We, MediaHeads 360, are the promoter of the Competition. Any reference to we/us/our includes our directors, members, partners, sponsors, agents or consultants, where the context allows for it.
  2. You cannot participate in this Competition if:
  3. you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of ours; 
  4. you are an immediate family member of any of the persons specified in clause 5.3.1; or
  5. you are the sponsor of the Competition.
  6. These Terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
  7. These Terms apply to the Competition and all information relating to the Competition (including any promotional or advertising material that is published).
  8. By entering this Competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
  9. We reserve the right to amend these Terms.
  10. All Prize winners, in addition to complying with these Terms and any other terms and conditions which may be prescribed by Debonairs Pizza from time to time, must comply with the terms and conditions of the organisers, suppliers and third parties involved in the Competition (if applicable).
  11. We must process your personal information to validate your entry and if you are a Prize winner to make the Prize available to you. By entering this Competition, you consent to us processing your personal information for this purpose.  If you do not consent to us processing your personal information, please do not enter this competition.
  12. We may declare the Prize forfeited (lost) and we may choose a new Prize winner, if:
  1. a Prize winner’s entry is not valid;
  2. a Prize winner has breached these Terms;
  3. a Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the Prize within 7 days from the date that the Prize winner was contacted about the Prize;
  4. a Prize winner gives up the Prize or we determine that the Prize winner has given up the Prize; 
  5. If there is a dispute in respect of these Terms or the Competition, our decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
