1. DURATION
- The Campaign runs from Monday, 24 November 2025 to Wednesday, 31 December 2025.
- The Competition runs from Saturday, 29 November 2025 to Saturday, 27 December 2025, taking place on Saturdays only for five (5) weeks, plus one additional day on Wednesday, 31 December 2025 (the “Actual Competition Period”).
2. REQUIREMENTS
- To qualify as an entrant into this Competition, you must meet all of the following:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be a South African citizen holding a valid South African identity document.
- Permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa.
3. HOW TO ENTER
- Listen to participating radio stations during the campaign period
- Dial *120*188# and follow the prompts to register your details and choose the station you are entering from.
- Visit Castle Milk Stout Songs to Savor to learn your song to savour
- Accept the Terms and Conditions provided.
- You will instantly receive an SMS link guiding you to record your 30s voice note and submit it as your entry.
- Each voice note serves as an entry into the weekly draw.
- You will be required to sing your song to savour with your one (1) or two (2) of your family member or friends to be eligible to win on your chosen radio station
- If your entry is chosen during the competition moment on-air the station will call you to stand a chance to win.
4. COMPETITION RULES
- Once you meet the requirements in clauses 2 and 3, you will automatically be entered into the Competition.
- If you are selected as a finalist, you must be available for the on-air competition moment.
- MediaHeads360 (MH360) will vet entries, pre-select the top 3 entrants, and provide their details to the participating stations.
- If the confirmed winner cannot be reached during the live call, the station will attempt to call them 3x times before they move on to the 1st runner-up.
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If a call is not completed due to technical difficulty or is rejected, another entrant will be selected.
- The selection is purely random at stations discretion.
5. PRIZES
• Each weekly winner will receive up to R3,000 in cash.
• The competition will run for the duration outlined in clause 1 above, with one (1) weekly winner selected per station.
• Once a station has announced its weekly winner, it will submit the full list of winners to MediaHeads 360 at the end of the competition period.
• MediaHeads 360 will facilitate the prize-fulfilment process and ensure that all qualifying winners submitted by each radio station receive their prize money accordingly to the terms and criteria of this competition.

7. PRIZE FULFILMENT PROCESS:
- Winners will be contacted by MediaHeads 360 at the end of the competition to confirm the fulfilment of their prize money.
- Cash prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other items.
- To ensure accurate payment, winners must provide the following:
- Their registered cell phone number
- A clear copy of their ID
- Confirmation that they are 18 years or older. As stated in clause one (1), individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to receive prize money, regardless of whether they were selected as a winner on-air.
- Castle Milk Stout reserves the right to verify all winners’ details before releasing prize money.
- Only winners who submit valid documentation and meet all competition requirements will be eligible to receive their prize money.
8. GENERAL TERMS
- People who submit excessive entries or misuse the competition line will be disqualified.
- MediaHeads360 is the promoter of the Competition. Any reference to “we/us/our” includes our directors, members, partners, sponsors, agents, or consultants, where applicable.
- You cannot participate if:
- You are a director, member, partner, employee, agent, or consultant of the promoter, Castle Milk Stout, or any station mentioned above.
- You are an immediate family member of any of the persons listed above.
- You are the sponsor of the Competition.
- These Terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
- By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any stage.
- We may declare the prize forfeited and select a new winner if:
- The entry is invalid.
- The winner has breached these Terms.
- The winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within 7 days.
- The winner gives up the prize.
- If there is any dispute, our decision is final and binding.
- By entering this competition, the winner’s automatically gives Castle Milk Stout and its promoting agencies their consent, to publish their voicenote/name/photo in advertising materials for up to 12 months.
- We are not responsible for:
- Any entries not successfully submitted.
- Technological failures preventing delivery of the prize.
- Any loss or damage suffered as a result of participating in the Competition.
- If required by the Minister for Trade and Industry, the National Consumer Commission, or for any other reason, we may end the Competition immediately without notice. Entrants waive any rights and claims against Castle Milk Stout and its promotion agency in this regard.
9. Ts & Cs AND PRIVACY NOTICE
- By entering this Competition, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of your personal data.
- Your personal information will be used only for purposes relating to this Competition and prize delivery.
- By entering, you acknowledge:
“I have read the Ts & Cs and consent to the use of my personal data as per the Privacy Notice, available at SAB Privacy Policy - Entrants who do not accept the Ts & Cs will not be allowed to participate in the Competition.
