Consent Terms

1. By submitting a voice note, you consent to its possible use on-air on 5FM, Gagasi FM, and Heart FM between 18 September and 20 October 2025.
2. Participation is completely voluntary, and there is no reward, payment, or prize for contributing.
3. By sharing your voice note, you grant the stations full permission to broadcast, edit, and use your recording (in whole or in part) for the purposes of this campaign.
4. You confirm that the voice note is your own original recording and does not violate the rights of any third party.
5. The stations reserve the right to decide whether or not to use any voice note submitted.
6. Standard data charges apply when sending voice notes via WhatsApp. Participants are solely responsible for any data or network costs incurred. Old Mutual and the participating radio stations will not be held liable for any charges, connectivity issues, or losses experienced while submitting a voice note.
7. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
