1. DURATION
1.1 The Competition will take place from 09 December to 13 December 2024, closing at 15:00 on 13 December 2024 (“Competition Period”).
1.2 The Competition will run during the Lunch Time Drive Show on Radio Zibonele, between 12:00 and 15:00.
2. REQUIREMENTS
2.1 To qualify as an entrant, you must meet the following requirements:
2.1.1 Be 18 years or older.
2.1.2 Be a South African citizen with a valid South African identity document.
2.1.3 Permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 Listen to the Lunch Time Drive Show (12:00-15:00) during the Competition Period.
3.2 Send a voice note to the dedicated WhatsApp line announced during the show, sharing an act of kindness you performed or witnessed this festive season.
3.3 Each valid entry must include:
- Your name.
- A description/Voice-note of your act of kindness.
3.4 By entering, you nominate a person who will benefit from your act of kindness.
3.5 Both the nominator and the nominee must be available to be contacted during the Competition Period.
4. PRIZES
4.1 Each winner will receive:
- A R2,000 voucher for the nominee.
- A R1,000 voucher for the nominator.
4.2 Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
4.3 Vouchers are valid until 31 December 2026.
4.4 Each winner is only eligible to win once during the Competition Period.
4.5 MEDIAHEADS 360 will facilitate the distribution of vouchers.
5. GENERAL
5.1 Coca-Cola and MediaHeads 360 are the promoters of the Competition. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” include our directors, members, partners, sponsors, agents, or consultants.
5.2 You cannot enter if:
5.2.1 You are an employee, director, partner, or consultant of Coca-Cola, MediaHeads 360, or the participating radio station.
5.2.2 You are an immediate family member of any of the above persons.
5.3 These Terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
5.4 By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
5.5 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
5.6 We will process your personal information to validate your entry and, if you win, to distribute the Prize. By entering, you consent to this processing.
5.7 We may declare the Prize forfeited and select a new winner if:
5.7.1 The original winner’s entry is invalid.
5.7.2 The winner breaches these Terms.
5.7.3 The winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the Prize within 7 days of notification.
5.8 If there is a dispute, our decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
5.9 If winners agree, we may publish their names and/or photos in promotional material for 12 months from acceptance of the Prize. If they do not consent, they will still receive the Prize.
5.10 We are not responsible for:
- Entries not successfully submitted.
- Technological failures affecting Prize distribution.
- Any loss or damage suffered as a result of participating in the Competition or accepting a Prize.
5.11 We may end the Competition immediately if required by authorities or unforeseen circumstances. Participants waive any claims against us in such cases.
